WHAT IS THIS MODULE ABOUT?
This module will be divided into two parts. The first part deals with proper telephone manners and the proper way to answer the phone. This is very important today since the cell phone is easily accessible to everyone. The second part deals with the proper expressions that are used in everyday work and in school. We understand that this module will require you to speak in English. Remember, that the best way to speak the language is to practice using it. This module invites you to practice speaking english. Do not be afraid to commit mistakes. Just practice and learn from your mistakes.
